    With the interest rate of 2.5%, this amount of $100,000 would be worth about $163,000 in 20 years.
     
    TOTAL INTEREST = $63,000 !!!
         
     
     
    THIS IS THE AMOUNT OF INTEREST THAT YOU NEED TO PAY BACK
     
    If You Have Used $100,000 Of Your CPF To Pay For Your Property For 20 Years.
